Growing Up - The Buddhist Path to Adulthood

The Buddhist path provides a profound vehicle for human maturation. Following this path, we can learn to stand on our own two feet and handle our lives as kind, decent and responsible human beings.  Shambhala founder, Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, commonly described enlightenment as simply growing up and becoming a decent human being, able to work with others in creating a good human society, or what he often called enlightened society.

Whether you’re a long-time meditator or wanting to explore mindfulness practice for the first time, you’ll find friendly people and interesting topics to discuss and contemplate.
