“I have composed a sadhana known as the Shambhala Sadhana that helps us, through the powerful practice of meditation, deepen our insight and feeling of basic goodness and enlightened society.”
    – The Kongma Sakyong, Jampal Trinley Dradul

The Shambhala Sadhana is the centerpiece of our monthly community gatherings on the fourth Monday of each month. All community members along with their families and friends are welcome to attend. Practicing as a group, we gather to celebrate the basic goodness of ourselves, others and society as a whole.

In a world caught in chaos, speed, and agression, we invite you to bring your whole self - including feelings of overwhelm, sadness or grief - to these monthly gatherings. Doing so will strengthen your connection to your innate sanity and allow to experience personally the vision and activity of an awake society.

What is a Community Member? Formally, a member of the Shambhala Community is someone who supports the Center with Service, Practice and Financial Support, but if you feel a strong connection to the Shambhala community and the vision of enlightened society—a society based on recognizing the inherent decency of all beings and oriented towards supporting awakening from confusion—then please join us.

    Donations welcomed.
